We have two plans for repair. 

The major difference between the two

plans is how the laptop gets to us

      The Basic Plan offers no upfront fees from us.  The only fee is a $19.99 diagnosis fee which is waived when recommended repairs are done. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. 

      The Professional Plan has an upfront fee of $39.99.  That fee is waived when recommended repairs are done.  In this plan will will send you a box with the return label inside.  All you have to do is package the laptop up in that box, Include your email, and tape up the box

2  Receive a return authorization.

Our staff will review your information and send you a return email with a return authorization number.  Please include a copy of the email in the box and write the authorization number on the outside of the box.

3  Send Laptop Back.

In this plan you are responsible for shipping the laptop to us.  The laptop must be packaged correctly (UPS Standards).  We reserve the right to refuse any incoming laptop.  Normally for improper packaging.

4   Get a quote from our techs and a request for payment.

Our staff will email you a quote and a request for payment.

We will except Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. 

5   Get laptop back VIA UPS

Professional Plan

With only an upfront fee of $39.99

We will send you a box with a return label. This charge will be waived if recommended repairs are done.  Costing you nothing

In this plan we will ship a laptop box with a return label enclosed in the box.  Just put your laptop in the box an give it back to UPS.
